How to register for an account

How to sign in to your IDT account

  1. Go to IDT's website and click "Sign in" (top right)
  2. Click "Register", fill in your details, and click "Continue"
  3. Set your Communication Preferences and click "Complete Registration"
  4. You’ll be redirected to the homepage, ready to place orders!

How to get a quote

How to place an order from a quote

  1. Sign in to IDT's website
  2. Select "Custom DNA Oligos", enter the number of oligos, and click "Go"
  3. Fill in order details and click "Add to Order"
  4. Click "Checkout" (this only requests a quote, not an order)
  5. Enter address details (only required once), select "Request a Quote", and click "Submit"
  6. Your quote will be emailed to you
  1. Open the email, download the quote PDF, and click "Place Order Now"
  2. Review your cart, click "Checkout", agree to T&Cs, and click "Continue"
  3. Enter your PO number and click "Submit Order"
  4. Email your order & PO to oligos@whitesci.co.za for processing

CRITICAL STEP

  1. Sign in to IDT's website and select "Custom DNA Oligos"
  2. Enter the number of oligos, fill in order details, and click "Add to Order"
  3. Click "Checkout" (this only requests a quote, not an order)
  4. Enter address details (if first time), select "Submit Your Order", and agree to T&Cs
  5. Enter your PO number, click "Submit Order"
  6. Email your order & PO to oligos@whitesci.co.za for processing
